  • Ph.D. Degree (related to the area of specialization), or
  • Masters Degree (related to the area of specialization) and:
    • four years of effective teaching in a university as lecturer in the area of specialization, and

one article published solo in reputable academic journal or one teaching material prepared solo for specific course which was assessed positively by internal and external assessors.

MA Degree (with specialization in the fields of Educational Planning, Curriculum and Other related fields.

In addition, Applicants Should be fluency in English both Writing and Speaking Skills.

Minimum CGPA of 2.75 during completion of first degree.

PhD Degree (with specialization in the fields of Leader Ship, Development Studies, Public Management, Sociology Development and Other related fields.

At least two years of Effective Teaching Experience in a university as lecturer in the respective Fields.

Political Science & International Relations

  • BA/MA/MSc    in     Political    Science & International Relations
  • PhD in International Relations
  • Publications  in  the  field  of  political  science, nternational relations, and/or diplomacy
  • at least five years teaching of international relations in graduate program
  • working experience in diplomacy and/or international organization is an advantage

Contemporary diplomacy

  • working in Africa in related field
  • working experience in diplomacy and/or international organization is an advantage

Public International Law; International Economic Law

  • LLB/LLM in Law
  • PhD  in  Law  of  International  Law;  Law  of International Trade
  • Publications  in  related  fields;  publications  on African Organizations is an advantage

- at least five years teaching of public international law, international trade law in graduate program

-working experience in diplomacy and/or international organizations in Africa is an advantage

Political Economy, International Economics and Trade

MA in Economics or Political Science & IRs

  • PhD in international economics or trade
  • publications   in   the   field   of   international economics, and international trade
  • at least five years teaching of international economics & trade
