Training and Consultancy Division will conduct a workshop on December 17/2019 titled with "Workshop on Ethiopian Public Sectors’ Capacity Development Practice and Future Directions". In this workshop the main points will be the capacity building experience of the country and our university contribution which will focus on the AS IS and the second point is what is the future direction of the university in the process of building the country's public sectors. In this workshop the expected outcome is the consensus of the university and the public sectors regarding the future direction of the capacity building.
It is known that our Division is working on the quality improvement of all over its services, such us smart facilities, smart training rooms, building the capacity of the consultants, redesigning the conventional/traditional training to competency based training.This workshop is the part of the quality service since the division's motto is quality first.
Participants will be the university stakeholders (Federal and A.A City Administration public sectors)
