The college is organized to offer mainly quality education, research, community services, training, and consultancy services. The college has two institutes, three schools, and one department. It consists of Institute of Leadership and Governance , Institute of African Governance and Development, School of Policy studies, School of Law and Federalism, School of Diplomacy and International Relations, , and Department of English language. The college provides education in regular, evening and week end programs.
