Description

This program supports Ethiopia's tax and customs reform aimed at broadening the tax base, encouraging investment, and enhancing revenue generation for social and economic development. The reforms address outdated tax management practices and aim to improve compliance, efficiency, and capacity among tax and customs administrators. The program prepares civil servants to effectively manage customs activities within the legal framework, maximizing revenue collection.

 Professional Profile:
Graduates will possess expertise in tax laws and regulations, preparing them for roles such as:

  • Tax Assessor, Tax Auditor, Tax Collector, Tax Agent, Tax Advisor/Consultant, Customs Investigator, Post-Clearance Auditor, Customs Clearing Agent, Cargo Controller

Prerequisites & Requirements

Candidates must meet the entry requirements set by the Ministry of Education and the university.
