Description

The Ethiopian government is committed to enhancing living standards through socio-economic development by implementing significant reforms in economic policies and civil services. To realize these reforms, there is a critical need for well-trained professionals in development management. This program aims to prepare graduates for roles in public service at both federal and regional levels, enabling them to effectively contribute to administrative and managerial positions in various development projects. Development management is a vital and expanding field, addressing the complexities of public sector management and resource allocation. The program plays a crucial role in addressing the challenges associated with policy and implementation failures.

Professional Profile:
Upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to:

  • Build institutional capacity and establish efficient service delivery systems.
  • Formulate and evaluate strategic and operational plans.
  • Organize, analyze, and apply research data effectively.
  • Manage compliance and operational budgets.
