Fourth National Flag Day Celebrated

The fourth National Flag Day was celebrated at corporate level at Ethiopian Civil Service University in the presence of the top management, academic and administrative staff of the University and members of the Federal Police Force on September 26, 2011.

The ceremony was accompanied by flag hoisting ceremony and a pledge to further strengthen our development endeavors to realize the renaissance of Ethiopia. The Federal Police force has also given color to the celebration by marching before the crowd.

ECSU Staff Continued Assessment Meetings

Ethiopian Civil Service University Academic and Administrative staff continued their assessment meetings for the third consecutive phase. The participants this time are leaders and all staff members of Academic, Academic Support, Administrative Support, and Management Support Divisions. The meeting conducted for three days and an in depth discussions held on plan performances of the academic year.

ECSU Celebrates Commencement for the Class of 2011

Ethiopian Civil Service University celebrated the commencement of the class of 2011 and the promotion of the former ECSC  to university level on July 17, 2011 in the presence of His Excellency Ato Juneidi Sado, Minister, Ministry of Civil Service, the university’s president, vice presidents, senate members, invited guests, academic and administration staff of the University and families of the graduates.

4th National Conference on “Cities as Engines of Growth and Transformation in Ethiopia” held

The Ethiopian Civil Service University, Institute for Housing and Urban Development (HIS) - Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) and Ministry of Urban Development and Construction of Ethiopia jointly organized the 4th National Conference on Managing Ethiopian Cities in Era of Rapid Urbanization “Cities as Engines of Growth and Transformation in Ethiopia”. The Conference was held on June 28 and 29, 2011 at Ethiopian Civil Service University main campus.
