In its drive to diversify the menu of its educational services, the university has tasked DLC in building its capacity in supporting the university’s teaching and learning process through e-learning. DLC in its expedition of its delegated tasks, has approached development partners such like GIZ (German Society for International Cooperation, Ltd) to solicit technical and professional support that would strengthen the vision of the university of becoming a center of excellence in the provision of knowledge and skill to the Ethiopian public sector.
