The newly appointed Ethiopian Civil Service Commission Commissioner Ato Bezabih Gebreyes and Deputy Commissioner Ato Birhanu Feyissa held an introductory meeting with Ethiopian Civil Service University community on November 19, 2018 at Abay Hall.

During the meeting, Commissioner Bezabih expressed his pleasure to work with ECSU community, an institution that works at building the capacity of the public servants. He also appreciated the University`s contribution and all the ECSU community’s endeavor in the country`s social, economic and political achievements. “ECSU is not a new environment for me. I contributed my share and put my finger print during the reformation of the university. We are now here to be part of this community and contribute our share by working with the ECSU community. I hope that by exerting our maximum efforts and working together, we will achieve our missions,” Commissioner Bezabih added.

Professor Fikre Dessalegn, President of Ethiopian Civil Service University, on his part welcomed the Commissioners and explained the major achievements of the university in the last two years. He also explained the core work done to facilitate the teaching learning processes and facilities that have been building for the smoothing of the overall processes.

On the meeting the ECSU community raised different questions and forwarded their ideas that they supposed to be done for better performances of the university in the future.
