CPFM Gives Training
Ethiopian Civil Service University Center for Public Financial Management Training and Consultancy in collaboration with Ministry of Finance and Economic Cooperation of Ethiopia organized thirty days training program on internal auditing from December 30, 2017 -January 29, 2018 at ECSU. On the training about eighty trainees recruited from different public organizations and institutions were participated.
Closing the training program, Ato Demisu Lemma, Director for Government Expenditure and Control Directorate at Ministry of Finance and Economic Cooperation congratulated the trainees for their successful accomplishment and said the training has a great significance to solve the problems faced in the internal auditing activities in their respective organizations and the country at large. It is very important to acquire dynamic and all rounded knowledge to be capable of handling different challenges and go on with the global world. For this, Ministry of Finance and Economic Cooperation together with Ethiopian Civil Service University is working hard to build the capacity of the civil servants through training and consultancy by identifying the gaps that have been observed in different public sectors, Ato Demisu added. He also reminded the trainees that the training enabled them to be equipped with knowledge for their future activities and requested them to put into practice what they gained from their training.
At the end of the program the trainees has been awarded a Certificate for their successfully accomplishment of the training. It is learnt that CPFM gives different continuous training to build the capacity of the civil servants by identifying the gaps in different public sectors.
