ECSU to Launch ICSMIS
Ethiopian Civil Service University Human Resource Management and Development Directorate in collaboration with Ethiopian Civil Service Commission trained ECSU staffs, directors and administrators on Integrated Civil Service Management Information System (ICSMIS) from 03 to 07 February 2020 at Hidasse Hall. The training was given in four categories and more than three hundred seventy staff members participated.
On the training, the overall operation of the Integrated Civil Service Management Information System and technical issues on how to use the system were presented by the trainer in detail and the trainees were informed that ECSU has been prepared to launch Integrated Civil Service Management Information System (ICSMIS) in the near future by the university Human Resource Management and Development Directorate.
Integrated Civil Service Management Information System (ICSMIS) is a system that is developed to modernize information saving system on human resource management and related activities by changing the manual system into a system based on a data base. By using this system employees can apply for annual leave, present their Complaints, follow up their status, appeal for administration court etc.
