We organized some two workshops to motivate the students, and later they were convinced and built confidence and trust that with a lot of efforts they can complete their studies."
According to Professor Melese It was Dr. Hailemichael who has made relentless efforts, and be inspiration for both - the faculties and students to work hard and reach to such a success. He also said that they were given special attention by the president.
"When ever we encounter a problem, the president is there to solve it. So we believed that he has shown extra ordinary efforts for the success of the program. That is why we decided to hold the appreciation program. We also need to lay appreciation culture in the University,"
Professor Melese said.
Professor Melese finally said he is extremely delighted that they achieved their objective.
"Three of our graduates have got their dissertation approved with out any revision, which is very rare even in the University where I came from. When I see that, I couldn’t control my emotion. This is a big accomplishment. But we need to keep going forward."
