Center for Training and Consultancy gave training on Balanced Score Card for about 14 male and 2 female Experts of Education and Training Quality Assurance Agency. The training was held at the University from December 6-14, 2010.

After the training the participants will enhance their understanding of the concept of balanced score card, acquire knowledge and skills in building BSC through the nine steps so that they can build their organizations BSC.

Ethiopian Civil Service University Institute of Leadership and Good Governance admitted students and began operation on January 2, 2011.Sixty eight students, eight of whom are female, registered for the courses.

Dr.Waqgari  Negari director of the Institute told EPRD that before the class kicked off the Institute put in order orientation to the students. The orientation included among others some highlight of curriculum, teaching and mentoring, co-curricular activities, internship, assessment and student interactions.
