ECSU HIV/AIDS Management Unit provided half day training for 27 students drawn from different departments of the university on November 2, 2016.

The training was basically provided on two different areas- Gender concepts and Dimension of HIV/AIDS – included the topics- introducing and discussing the basic difference on sex and gender, concepts of gender socialization and gender division of labor, gender stereotypes, genderequality and equity facts, women’s vulnerability to HIV/AIDS.

State Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), H. E. AtoYonas Yosef and President of Ethiopian Civil Service University, H.E. Professor Fekadu Beyene discussed on October 28,2016 ways to improve the quality of foreign service training program which is hosted by the Ethiopian Civil Service University. The discussion, which was held in the University`s Senate Hall, mainly focused on how to improve the training program to make it fit for the purpose of producing competent diplomats.
